... North Star Health AM-190 Mark of Fitness 7-Day Pedometer and Activity Monitor. One of the things I have been wondering on this one is, is an activity monitor the same as a heart rate monitor? I'm imaging an activity monitor as being a heart rate monitor on steroids. But then again, it might just be code for "semi-fancier pedometer feature". I don't know. But the point is, this thing is cheap. And if you can get two of them, that makes one for you and one for the garage sale you're planning on having next year.
