... Shun Ken Onion DM-0511 4.5” VG-10 Steak Knife. Ken Onion knives are great. The Ken Onion reviews are all well above average. I'm not sure what "Shun Ken Onion" means. But either way, two hundred bucks for FOUR steak knives just doesn't seem like a good idea. Even if they never ever dull and they have a magic sensor that guides them to cutting the excite perfect bite sized steak morsel for whoever is holding them. This seems like just too much for some Shun Ken Onion steak knives. But if you have the change, go for it. Mr/Mrs Fancy Pants.
