I'm not exactly sure what the game controller is for. Well, I understand that it's for controlling games, that's obvious. But what games? Its probably simple, but I don't get it. So, the Polaroid DPA08055S 8” Dual-Screen Portable DVD w/ 15 Games and One Controller reviews aren't too great. And this is a refurbished Polaroid DPA08055S 8” Dual-Screen Portable DVD w/ 15 Games and One Controller none the less. SO, be careful. But woot if you want.

I'll enlighten you: The controller has the games on it. They're horrible knockoffs of Bejeweled, Hanoi Tower, Breakout, etc. But they're good for passing a few minutes.
You can only play games on one screen at a time, but you could plug the controller into the secondary screen and watch a DVD on the other at the same time.
Actually, the primary screen can act as a slave too. There is a button to toggle between A/V-in and A/V-out. That's why I bought these: Both screens can take an aux. input.
Of course, the picture sucks, but it's OK for my kids.
